Building canoes in Hawai'i has never been easy. In 2020, when the world shut down, we made face shields to sustain canoe manufacturing. That experience taught us something we haven't forgotten: our main business model has been squeezed to the point of being nearly impossible to operate. So if we want to keep building canoes here, we have to diversify in creative ways.
Grug Notes is our entry into software — a simple, but advanced, AI notes and digital assistant. Like our canoes, it's built with care, and without the bloat. And of course, it creates excellent OC1 training programs.
